To download any of the files that are underlined as blue text:

     1.  Right click on the file that you want to download and a window will pop up

     2.  Click on the "Save Target As.." from the menu list that popped up

     3. A "Save As" window will come up with the default file name listed in the "File name:" window.  Select the folder where you want to save the file that then click on the "Save" button in the lower right hand corner of the window.
